What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the information you give us once you hire us, which is handled as part of preparing your documents and is governed by the engagement you sign with our office rather than by this page.

Quality Paralegal Services is a nonlawyer document preparation service. We are not a law firm and nothing you send through this website creates an attorney and client relationship, because there is no attorney involved. It also means the information you send us through this site is not protected by attorney and client privilege. If you have something genuinely sensitive to discuss, call us at (407) 504-0877 instead of typing it into the form.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you choose to write in the message box. We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was submitted. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and we do not ask for payment details, identity documents or case numbers through the website.

Our web server keeps standard access logs that include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. Those are generated automatically by the hosting platform.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We use what you send to answer your inquiry. That is the whole purpose. Your submission is emailed to our office and an automatic acknowledgement is sent back to the address you gave. We keep a record of inquiries so that a message is never lost to a mail failure.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form. If a matter you describe needs an attorney and we refer you to one, we tell you who and you contact them yourself; we do not pass your details to another business without asking you first.

The services this site uses

Three third parties touch information from this website, and each one only sees what it needs:

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It looks at browser signals and does not use tracking cookies or build an advertising profile.
• Resend delivers the email your form submission generates, both the copy that reaches our office and the acknowledgement that reaches you.
• Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they are. It is configured for measurement, not advertising, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy terms, which you can read on their websites.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and shows no third party ads. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token while it verifies a form submission. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works either way, though the contact form needs Turnstile to function.

How long we keep things

Inquiry records are kept while they are useful for following up, and we clear out old ones periodically. Server access logs rotate on the hosting platform's own schedule. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. The folder that handles form submissions is blocked from public access, and the keys it uses are stored on the server rather than in the website's code. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise, but these are the measures in place.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something through this website, call us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (407) 504-0877 and tell us what you want done. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, which protects you more than it protects us.

Changes to this policy
