You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Most people start with something like "I need to file for divorce" or "I need a power of attorney for my mother." That's enough. Inés will speak with you about the document-preparation service you are requesting, explain the preparation process, and provide the applicable flat fee. QPS provides nonlawyer document-preparation services. If you need legal advice or legal representation, you should consult with an attorney.
If your document is time-sensitive, say so. We try to respond within 12 hours on business days, and for anything urgent we'll call the same day. Attaching the document (or a description of what it needs to do) speeds things up considerably.
