Our new website is live. The work behind it has not changed, and that is rather the point. Quality Paralegal Services has been preparing legal documents for Orlando families since 2020, and Inés Reynoso has been doing this work in Florida since 1998. What changed is that the site finally explains it properly.
If you would rather skip ahead and ask about your own situation, call (407) 504-0877 or send us a message. Inés reads every inquiry herself and answers within 12 hours.
What Is Actually New About the Site?
Plain explanations, where there used to be a list.
The old site named our services and left it at that. If you had never hired a document preparer before, which is most people, it told you almost nothing useful. The new one gives each service area its own page and walks through what we prepare, what the court or USCIS expects to receive, and what the process looks like from the first phone call to the final filing.
There is a page now for family law, one for immigration, and one for the personal and business documents that fall outside both. It also loads properly on a phone, which matters more than it sounds. A good share of our clients find us on a phone, late, after a hard day. A Spanish version of every page is being built now, and Inés is reviewing that translation line by line. A legal document is the wrong place for an approximate word.
What Does Quality Paralegal Services Prepare?
Court and immigration paperwork for people representing themselves, plus the personal and business documents that never see a courtroom at all.
On the family law document preparation side that means divorce, both the simplified kind and the contested kind, along with child custody and timesharing, child support and modifications, paternity, guardianship, step-parent adoptions and domestic violence petitions. We prepare the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms your case calls for, file them electronically with the Clerk of Court, and follow the case until a judge signs.
On the immigration document preparation side it is family petitions, adjustment of status, green card renewals, removal of conditions on a two year residency, naturalization, fiancé visas and re-entry permits. Outside both of those we prepare prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney, quit claim deeds and LLC filings. Inés is also a commissioned Florida notary who can notarize online, so a signature that needs a seal does not need a drive.
Who Do You Actually Help?
Two groups, mostly. Families going through something difficult, and immigrants building a life here.
They are not separate audiences in practice. The woman sorting out a divorce is often the same person worried about her mother's green card renewal. Both need paperwork done correctly by someone who can explain it in the language they actually think in, which is why this is a bilingual office. Inés came here from the Dominican Republic in 1996, went to Valencia College and UCF, then spent two decades inside Orlando law firms.
The clients we remember are usually the ones somebody else turned down. One came to us after consulting several attorneys about her divorce, where the fees were beyond what she could manage and more than one firm had declined the case outright. We listened, worked out what she actually needed, and prepared her documents. Her divorce was final in under two months.
What Does a Fair Price Actually Mean Here?
A flat fee, quoted before you commit to anything, and an honest answer about whether you should be paying us at all.
There is no hourly clock here. You are not billed for the minutes somebody spends explaining what a petition is, and you know the whole cost of the job before you hand over a dollar. We quote each matter directly rather than publishing a price list, because an uncontested dissolution with no children and a contested modification with a parenting plan are nothing like the same piece of work.
The part Inés is most stubborn about is the fee waiver. Florida lets people under a certain income apply for civil indigent status, which can clear the court filing fee entirely, and we raise it ourselves rather than waiting to be asked. Nobody should have to know the right question. The first conversation costs nothing either, and it is not a sales call.
What Has Not Changed?
Who does the work, and why.
This is a two person office. Inés prepares every file herself, with Maria Diaz Beltre running the administrative side, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation we apologise for. Nobody gets handed to an intake department. When you call back six weeks later about something the court mailed you, the person who answers already knows your case.
We are also not a law firm, and we say so on every page. Inés is a nonlawyer document preparer, she does not give legal advice, and when a case genuinely needs an attorney she says so and sends you to one. Turning away work you could technically do is a strange business model. It is also the one that earned this office more than 230 five star reviews.
